You ll work alongside another supervisor, reporting into a Business Unit Manager, with plenty of support and guidance available to help you succeed. What we re looking for: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (fabrication experience would be a bonus) Someone who s ambitious, motivated, and keen to grow their career in leadership Ideally a hands-on background in a technical trade such as fabrication or sheet metal, with the drive to step up into management A team player who can motivate and develop others Why this role?
