The Works Foreman/Engineer provides hands-on direction to production operatives, coordinates allocated work areas, monitors workmanship and housekeeping, and escalates issues to the Precast Manager. The role supports adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements while helping maintain consistent working practices across batching, casting, stressing, curing, demoulding, and finishing operations.
