Production Supervisor Engineer - PreCast

JOB PURPOSE: To support the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of daily precast concrete production activities, with a particular focus on pre-stressed concrete bearers. The Works Foreman/Engineer provides hands-on direction to production operatives, coordinates allocated work areas, monitors workmanship and housekeeping, and escalates issues to the Precast Manager. The role supports adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements while helping maintain consistent working practices across batching, casting, stressing, curing, demoulding, and finishing operations.JOB RELATED STATISTICS: Ensure all work areas are safe, clean and that all are working to the required standards. - Provides day-to-day guidance to production operatives within allocated work areas under the direction of the Precast Manager. - Supports achievement of daily production targets by coordinating labour, materials, equipment, and work sequencing on the shop floor. - Monitors workmanship, housekeeping, safe working practices, and progress against planned activities. - Identifies and escalates safety, quality, production, maintenance, or resource concerns to the Precast Manager. - Supports activities across concrete batching, casting, stressing, curing, demoulding, and finishing operations. - Works closely with production operatives, team leaders, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE personnel as required. - Manage all ..... full job details .....
