The Role:
* Production Supervisor
* Hands off role - leading a team of around 20 staff
* Driving productivity, efficiency, and quality improvements
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
* Supporting training and development of staff

The Candidate:
* Supervisory experience in a fast paced production environment
* Strong leadership qualities
* Good understanding of production processes
* Leading by example in Good Manufacturing Practices
