The Opportunity

We''re recruiting on behalf of a specialist engineering company within the electrical sector. Growth has created a need for an experienced supervisor to take charge of daily production - keeping wiring, fabrication and assembly teams on track, output strong, and quality consistent.

The Role

• Run daily production across wiring, fabrication and assembly
• Lead toolbox talks and team briefings
• Allocate work and monitor productivity
• Train new starters, manage attendance and overtime
• Resolve production issues as they arise
• Support FAT preparation
• Maintain quality, documentation and housekeeping standards
• Support the Production Manager

What You''ll Bring

• 3+ years supervising in a relevant environment: control panels, electrical assembly, fabrication, switchgear, or industrial manufacturing
• Confident reading electrical/fabrication drawings and wiring schedules
• Solid grasp of production planning and quality control

Nice-to-Haves

• Protection & Control panel experience 
• HV substation or National Grid exposure
• ISO 9001 familiarity
• Lean manufacturing background
