Key Responsibilities of the Production Supervisor Manage production staffing and daily activities to ensure output targets are met Oversee product quality in line with company systems, processes, and procedures. Support assembly, testing, and maintenance/improvement of equipment and tooling as required. Ensure clear communication across teams and adherence to Health & Safety and environmental standards. Drive problem-solving, continuous improvement, and maintain high housekeeping standards.
