Production Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fabrication Production Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our fabrication department while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and productivity. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fabrication team members Monitor workflow and ensure production targets and deadlines are met Enforce health and safety regulations and company policies at all times Conduct quality checks and ensure adherence to technical drawings and specifications Collaborate with engineering and planning departments to optimize processes Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members Maintain accurate production records and report on KPIs Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions Requirements: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a fabrication or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Good leadership and people management skills ..... full job details .....
