This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with strong people skills and a solid background in fast-paced food production environments.The RoleAs Production Supervisor, you''ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring output, quality, and food safety standards are consistently met. You''ll lead from the front, motivating your team and driving continuous improvement across the shift.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of production operatives on shiftEnsure production targets, KPIs, and deadlines are achievedMaintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality (HACCP, BRC, GMP)Monitor and improve productivity, waste, and downtimeCarry out shift handovers, reporting, and performance reviewsSupport training, onboarding, and development of team membersWork closely with Quality, Engineering, and Management teamsThe Ideal CandidateProven experience as a Production Supervisor / Team Leader within food manufacturingStrong understanding of food safety, quality standards, and hygiene regulationsConfident people manager with a hands-on leadership styleAble to work under pressure in a high-volume production environmentGood communication, organisational, and problem-solving skillsWhat''s On ..... full job details .....
