The Role:

• Lead and motivate a team to meet daily production targets.

• Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.

• Monitor quality control and ensure consistent standards.

• Plan and allocate work effectively to meet schedules.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role.
