Experience: we are looking for candidates with the below experience

- Leadership or team management experience.

- Previous experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

- Previous roles such as Team Leader, Cell Leader, Line Leader, etc.

Competitive Pay: Up to -15.52 per hour dependant on experience.

Nights: 11 pm - 7 am

- Full Time: Work full-time 5 days a week

Your Duties:

- Lead a small team of operatives to ensure daily production targets and quality standards are met

- Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- Monitor workflow, identify areas for improvement, and liaise with supervisors to resolve issues

- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to.

- Ensure full compliance with Quality, Health and Safety at Work, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times.

- To work within clearly defined KPIs
