Role Overview
As a Production Supervisor, you''ll oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You''ll manage and motivate a team, resolve issues quickly, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production operations, ensuring deadlines and targets are consistently achieved

• Lead and support a team of assemblers/operators, providing coaching and training where necessary

• Monitor workflow and resource allocation to maximise efficiency

• Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety and quality standards

• Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices

Candidate Profile

• Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting

• Strong knowledge of assembly/mechanical/manufacturing processes

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation/drawings

• Effective communicator with strong people management skills

• Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven
