As Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day production across PCBA, sub-assembly, and final test
- Coordinating build schedules with operations and commercial teams
- Supporting new product introductions and engineering changes
- Working alongside production staff to maintain quality and output
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with ISO 13485
As Production Supervisor, your experience will include:
- Proven background in electronics manufacturing or CEM/EMS
- Familiarity with both surface-mount and through-hole assembly
- Confident interpreting BOMs, drawings, and technical documentation
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (Business Central desirable)
- Understanding of regulated environments and quality standards
