What You''ll Be Doing Lead daily production activities including battery intake, diagnostics, repair, remanufacture, and shipping. Ensure all work meets strict safety, quality, and OEM standards. Manage resources, inventory, tooling, and consumables to maintain uninterrupted operations. Mentor and train a team of battery technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Collaborate with HandS and engineering teams to implement best practices and develop new processes. Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking against KPIs.
