A Production Supervisor opportunity has arisen within a well-established manufacturing business operating within the engineering and industrial sectors. Reporting to the Production Manager, you''ll lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved while driving continuous improvement across the shop floor.

Production Supervisor responsibilities include -

• Leading, motivating and developing Production Operatives across multiple manufacturing processes.
• Coordinating daily production activities to achieve safety, quality and delivery targets.
• Monitoring production performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Driving Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the shop floor.
• Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and maintaining a right-first-time culture.
• Supporting training, coaching and performance development while promoting a safe working environment.

Production Supervisor desirable skills and experience -

• Previous supervisory, Team Leader or Senior Production experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading production teams to achieve quality, safety and delivery targets.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and 5S principles.
• Experience working within an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
