Production Supervisor ManufacturingLocation: LincolnshireSalary: £30,000 per annumShift Pattern: 3-Shift Rotation (Monday to Friday)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentIndustry: Manufacturing / Plastics / Food / PharmaceuticalsThe OpportunityAqumen Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced, hands-on Production Supervisor to join an established manufacturing business based in Lincolnshire.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who enjoys being involved in day-to-day production operations, leading a small team and ensuring manufacturing targets are consistently achieved.The successful candidate will supervise a team of approximately 6 production operatives, taking responsibility for maintaining production output, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and driving high standards of quality, safety and performance.We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in plastics manufacturing, food production, pharmaceuticals or other fast-paced manufacturing environments.Working HoursThe role operates on a rotating three-shift pattern: Morning Shift: 6:00am 2:00pm Afternoon Shift: 2:00pm 10:00pm Night Shift: 10:00pm 6:00am Salary: £30,000 per annumKey Responsibilities Supervise, motivate and support a team of approximately 6 production operatives.
