Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR WHITTLESEY PERMANENT 40,000+ p/a + OT and Benefits Mon to Fri 6am to 2.30pm and 2.00pm to 10.30pm rotating Our client in Whittlesey is looking for a strong minded and experienced Production Supervisor for their busy industrial environment. You will be line manager for a team of 4 people. This is a very hands-on role with 85% of your time in the factory with team and 15% of your time in the office/admin. Key Responsibilities: Ensure safe working practices are followed and standard operating procedures are maintained at all times. Lead, manage, and develop shift operators, promoting a culture of manufacturing excellence. Understand and monitor KPIs to ensure the IBA processing plant meets or exceeds performance targets. Actively participate in meetings, encouraging collaboration, and driving continuous improvement. Oversee accurate and timely data collection and reporting; review shift data to ensure reliability before distribution. Manage holiday scheduling to align with business needs and avoid staffing shortages. Support business operations beyond production when needed, utilizing your skills across departments. Liaise with machine suppliers to prioritize repair work in line with safety and production needs. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.
