Production Supervisor (£40,000 - £45,000 plus Large Benefits Package) Based in the South Belfast area my client is a large heavy engineering manufacturing company who manufacture products for the global market. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor. Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a production team in order to meet safety, quality and production targets within demanding timescales and cost parameters, while ensuring the correct standards of behaviour from the team. On offer: Salary £40,000 - £45,000 Private healthcare Death in service Sick pay Pension 6% Subsidised canteen Long term promotional opportunities Hours: Mon Thurs, 8am - 4.30pm Fri, 8am - 2.30pm Person: Have attained a HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering or business discipline OR 3 years'' supervisory experience in a similar role in a production environment. Have at least 2 years'' experience of working in a continuous production environment in a people management position. Strong leadership, interpersonal and team skills.
