This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of the production area throughout your shift, ensuring the team delivers against safety, quality, cost, waste and performance targets. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager, leading the team on the shop floor, planning labour and workflow, monitoring production levels and ensuring operational KPIs are achieved.
