You will support the Shift Manager with the day-to-day running of production, ensuring people, processes and products continue to flow efficiently throughout the shift.The business is continuing to grow, making this a great time to join a busy manufacturing operation with opportunities to develop your skills and progress internally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Shift Manager with the day-to-day performance of the production teamLead and coordinate employees across the shift, ensuring production targets and standards are achievedIdentify and resolve production and quality issues wherever possibleEnsure products are manufactured to the correct specifications and quality standardsMake sure products are correctly packed, labelled and produced in the required quantitiesEnsure all workstations are correctly set up and relevant SOP documentation is availableMonitor waste, changeovers and general production performanceComplete line checks, production paperwork and effective shift handoversEnsure ..... full job details .....
