      <description>Location: Greater Manchester | Salary: &amp;pound;49000 - &amp;pound;51000/annum | Type: Permanent | I am keen to speak with Section Managers, Manufacturing Team Managers, Front Line Managers, Production Shift Managers or Production Managers. This is a very progressive business, that could suit a safe pair of hands with 15-25 years'' experience or someone coming through the ranks.   We are currently working with a reputable brand, multi-site food manufacturer that are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern.   You will be responsible for KPI''s, H&amp;S, costs, quality, planning, people management, driving CI &amp; Lean Manufacturing initiatives.   To be successful in the role you will ideally have experience in a fast paced food environment, +5 years within a role that involves people management and development, the ability to operate independently and the desire to progress into a senior management position.
