      <description>Location: Merseyside | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | I am looking to speak with Production/Operations/Manufacturing Shift Managers. An experienced, safe pair of hands is vital for this position, the ability to operate independently will be needed.   We are currently working with a multi-site, reputable food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on a rotating days and nights shift pattern.   You will be responsible for both Business Units and the most senior point of contact on the shift. Responsibilities will include driving a safety culture, quality procedures, upskilling and development of the team and building a collaborative environment across all departments.   To be successful in the role you will need to have a minimum of 10+ years experience operating at Shift Manager level, experienced integrating into new environments/cultures, the ability to run a shift and large areas independently and effectively, keeping safety, quality and performance at the centre of success.
