Gives clear direction. Has the awkward conversation when it s needed. And makes sure things get followed through.Reporting to the Production Manager, you ll lead through a team of managers and line leaders, helping them become more confident and consistent in how they run their areas.You ll have responsibility for staffing, production performance, waste, costs and standards. There are systems to use and figures to understand, but you ll need to spend time with the people behind those numbers.There s something in it for you, too.The business is investing in the operation, with further expansion planned.
