This food manufacturer is strengthening its management team and needs an experienced Shift Manager who knows how to get the basics working properly. Someone who’s visible on the floor. Gives clear direction. Has the awkward conversation when it’s needed. And makes sure things get followed through. Reporting to the Production Manager, you’ll lead through a team of managers and line leaders, helping them become more confident and consistent in how they run their areas. You’ll have responsibility for staffing, production performance, waste, costs and standards.
