Job Title - Night Shift Production Shift Manager Location: Thatcham, BerkshireSalary: £44,556 + 7.5% Shift Allowance (approx. £47,500 total package)Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 23:00 - 07:00 (Night Shift) Job Role of the Night Shift Production Shift Manager A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Night Shift Production Shift Manager to join a well-established and fast-growing FMCG food manufacturing business operating within a high-volume production environment. The site is part of a larger, successful group supplying major UK retailers, with continued investment driving expansion and operational improvements. You will be responsible for leading a production shift team of approximately 20 employees, including operators and line leaders, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production throughout the night shift. This is a hands-on leadership role (approximately 70% operational, 30% office-based), requiring strong visibility on the shop floor and the ability to support the team when required.
