The Prodeuction Manager will lead the night shift to achieve demanding output, quality, service and cost targets while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, HACCP, GMP, hygiene and health and safety. Work closely with Technical, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse and other departments to maintain production continuity and maximise equipment and labour utilisation. Lead, coach and develop Team Leaders and production colleagues and ensure clear communication of production priorities, targets and standards. Production Manager will manage key FMCG manufacturing KPIs including OEE, output, yield, waste, downtime, labour efficiency and right-first-time performance, taking immediate action to address losses and performance gaps.  Support with recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning while developing Team Leaders and creating a strong pipeline of future manufacturing talent.
