Key responsibilities will include: Manage all production staff, using your direct reports to maintain production plans and meet KPI and production targetsMonitor and challenge line downtime losses, highlight to improve OEE performanceDrive continuous improvement in waste reduction and managementContinuously challenge changeover time to drive further reductionEnsure delivery of the schedule to the set target on a daily and weekly basisSupport all trails and bringing to market NPD and EPD initiativesRecognise, highlight and resolve where appropriate training needs and performance shortfalls in team members both Compliance and On-The-Job THE IDEAL CANDIDATEWill have a strong food manufacturing background.
