The hiring manager is looking for someone who has a minimum of 5 years Managerial experience and has a proven background in either a Production Manager / Operations Manager/ Continuous Improvement Manager / Shift Manager / Manufacturing Manager / Production Operations Manager / Production Lead / Shift Leader role. The hiring manager would also prefer to have someone who holds an ILM or CMI qualification (level 3 or above) and/or qualifications in either Six Sigma and/or Lean Manufacturing.
