We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in Telford, this will be working a rotating 12 hour day and night shift system (4 on 4 off). We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role, and someone who has experience from within the FMCG, Packaging, Food Manufacturing, Food Packaging or Print industry. This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of between 25-30 staff at one time, and the hiring manager would prefer someone who holds either an ILM Team Leading qualification or equivalent. They are also looking for someone who has previous TPM / Lean Manufacturing knowledge, experience in operating converting lines/process knowledge (where possible) and an Engineering background with a basic knowledge of Mechanics & Electronics.
