PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER REQUIRED IN TELFORD, SHROPSHIRE Are you an experienced Production Shift Manager seeking a new opportunity in Telford, Shropshire, and are you happy working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern?!If so get in touch with me today as we are seeking an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in Telford, this will be working a rotating 12 hour day and night shift system (4 on 4 off), the hiring manager would prefer someone who has come from the Packaging, Food Manufacturing, Food Packaging, Print or FMCG industry as you would be familiar with the documentation and compliance standards they adhere to.This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of between 25-30 staff at one time, and the hiring manager is looking for someone who holds either an ILM Team Leading qualification or equivalent.They are also looking for someone who has previous TPM / Lean Manufacturing knowledge, experience in operating converting lines/process knowledge (where possible) and an Engineering background with a basic knowledge of Mechanics and Electronics.Someone who has previous experience working as a Shift Manager, Production Manager, Shift Leader, Senior Shift Manager or Production Lead would be well received.What You Will Do: Lead and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve shift efficiency and meet production targets.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, adhering to legislation such as HASAWA 1974, ..... full job details .....
