NEW JOB AVAILABLE IN TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE) - PRODUCTION SHIFT MANAGER Are you an experienced Production Shift Manager seeking a new opportunity in Telford, Shropshire, and are you happy working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern?!We are looking to recruit an experienced Production Shift Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturer in Telford, this will be working a rotating 12 hour day and night shift system (4 on 4 off).We are looking for someone who has a minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role, and someone who has experience from within the FMCG, Packaging, Food Manufacturing, Food Packaging or Print industry.This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of between 25-30 staff at one time, and the hiring manager would prefer someone who holds either an ILM Team Leading qualification or equivalent.They are also looking for someone who has previous TPM / Lean Manufacturing knowledge, experience in operating converting lines/process knowledge (where possible) and an Engineering background with a basic knowledge of Mechanics and Electronics.Someone who has previous experience working as a Shift Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Shift Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Lead, Shift Leader, Senior Shift Manager or Production Lead would be well received.What You Will Do: Lead and motivate a team of production operatives to achieve shift efficiency and meet production targets.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, ..... full job details .....
