Production Shift Manager

A large food manufacturer are seeking a Night Shift Production Shift Manager to join and lead a team of around one hundred on shift. If you''re looking to lead and inspire a team while driving operational excellence, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Shift Pattern- Sunday to Thursday 21.30pm to 06.30am What You Will Do:- Lead and manage a diverse team of Team Leaders and colleagues within your section, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.- Oversee and uphold food safety, health and safety, and quality standards within your section.- Act as the key contact for customer visits and audits, ensuring effective planning and delivery.- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise processes and achieve business objectives.- Monitor operational performance through structured line-side reviews and escalate issues as needed.- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your designated areas.
