This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering safe, high-quality, and efficient production across a rotating shift pattern. You will act as the primary Production lead on site, driving performance, standards, and accountability while working closely with cross-functional teams. This is a people-led leadership role, requiring strong capability in managing teams, handling complex employee relations issues, and building a high-performance culture, not just technical production oversight.
