You will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the plant during your shift, coordinating production, plant performance, maintenance support, safety systems, and environmental compliance.Taking operational control of the facility during your shift, ensuring the plant remains within safe operating limits while delivering against production and performance targets.Managing the safe and efficient operation of the Energy-from-Waste facility.Coordinating waste processing, combustion, boiler, steam, and turbine operations.Monitoring plant performance using the DCS and responding to abnormal conditions.Managing plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational recovery activities.Operating and managing permit-to-work and safe systems of work.Coordinating maintenance activity to minimise disruption and operational losses.Ensuring emissions and environmental permit requirements are met.Managing shift resources, competence, training, and succession planning.Leading, ..... full job details .....
