Production Shift Manager - 2 Positions Location: Garswood (WA)Salary: Up to £55,000 depending on experienceShift Pattern: Continental shift - 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off, 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)Industry: Manufacturing / Plastics / FMCG The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for 2 Production Shift Managers to join a growing manufacturing operation as part of an exciting period of expansion. This is a key leadership position, responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 10 production operatives per shift, ensuring production targets are achieved safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. We are looking for an experienced Production, Manufacturing or Operations professional who can hit the ground running, drive performance and bring a strong continuous improvement mindset to the role. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Shift Manager looking to take the next step in their career, with genuine scope to progress into Senior Operations and wider leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 production operatives on each shift. Coordinate production activities to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets. Ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently, minimising downtime and maximising output. Monitor and report production progress at predetermined points throughout the shift.
