This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced food manufacturing leader to take ownership of site operations during shift, leading teams to deliver performance across safety, quality, service, cost and productivity. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage manufacturing operations during shift. Drive a strong culture of health and safety, food safety and GMP compliance. Manage and develop production teams, ensuring high levels of engagement and performance. Deliver production plans while meeting quality, efficiency and waste targets. Monitor and improve key operational KPIs including productivity, labour utilisation and material usage. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across the factory. Investigate and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective and preventative actions where required.
