Effectively lead shift operations, ensuring resources are prioritised and allocated to meet operational requirements.Manage shift changes and handovers to maintain seamless operational continuity.Conduct initial Safety and Conduct investigations in line with company procedures.Carry out Return to Work meetings following employee absences.Conduct low-level conduct and absence management meetings.Ensure stock checks are completed accurately and on schedule.Make labour allocation decisions and maintain accurate absence records.Monitor and manage daily operational KPIs ..... full job details .....
