This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on keeping a production floor running smoothly - hitting output targets, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and getting the best out of their team. What you''ll be doing You''ll lead and supervise the production team during your shift, allocating tasks and resource to meet the production plan, and running clear shift briefings and handovers so nothing gets lost between teams.
