Production Shift Leader / SupervisorScantec Recruitment are working with a leading Food Manufacturing business in Manchester to assist in finding a Production Shift Supervisor for their Production team. Reporting to the Production Shift Manager, your role will focus on providing leadership for the operating teams to deliver established Key Performance Indicators in line with Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People.Hours / Shifts:1x week of Days, followed by 1x week of Nights.
