We are recruiting for an experienced Production Shift Leader to join our well established client. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated leader to manage production teams, drive operational performance, and ensure the safe, efficient delivery of production targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, coach and develop production teams to achieve productivity, quality, and safety targets. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety policies and promote a positive safety culture. Manage team performance, attendance, training, and development. Coordinate shift activities to meet production schedules and KPIs. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
