This is an operations-focused role, acting as the technical subject matter expert for network incidents affecting load balancing and DDI (DNS, DHCP, IPAM) infrastructure.You''ll manage day-to-day operational support across F5, VMware Avi, and BlueCat platforms, including incident triage, proactive network reviews and disaster recovery testing. You''ll also support documentation, runbooks and governance processes, ensuring standards are maintained across the network stack. Involvement in wider Operations projects and initiatives will also be required, working closely with senior engineers, architecture and business stakeholders to ensure smooth, resilient service delivery.
