Production Services Assistant
Role OverviewThe Production Services Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring that processes run efficiently and on schedule. This role involves coordinating resources, maintaining documentation, assisting with logistics, and providing general administrative and operational support to the production team.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating production schedules and workflows to meet deadlines Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and reporting, order processingMonitor inventory levels and assist with ordering materials and supplies Support the setup and breakdown of production activities or events Communicate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth operations Track production progress and flag any delays or issues to supervisors Maintain accurate production records and documentation Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards Assist with troubleshooting minor operational issues as they ariseSkills and QualificationsPrevious experience in a production, operations, or administrative role preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail Good communication and teamwork abilities Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) or similar tools Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approachBenefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Opportunity to ..... full job details .....
