Production & Service Support Engineer

OverviewMy client is a well established engineering company that specialise in designing and manufacturing a range of equipment for the materials handling sector. They are looking for a Service Coordinator and Production Support Engineer to join their team following an internal promotion.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule service engineers'' visits.

Undertake RAMs for visits.

Produce quotes for customers.

Arrange delivery of equipment.

Work with the engineering department to ensure that work is completed on time.

Qualifications

Ability to read engineering drawings.

At least HNC qualified in an engineering-related subject.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive approach to busy, multi-tasked environments.
