Production SchedulerReports to: Purchasing and Planning Manager An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Scheduler to join a fast-growing manufacturing business. This role is key to maintaining and supporting a forward-looking scheduling function across a diverse product range, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth coordination across departments. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure efficient planning, clear communication, and adherence to established processes and procedures. The Role The main purpose of this role will be: Maintaining and supporting forward-looking scheduling function for all products Effectively interact with Cell Leaders to ensure On-time Delivery Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to Key Accountabilities The main requirements and employee accountabilities are: Be involved in order inputting, liaising with Sales on delivery dates, agree delivery dates prior to Order Input Interact between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions Maximise use of the order management system and ensure visibility of all orders Produce and publish metrics as required Maximise our Shipping Performance and achieves our On-time Delivery Goals Take ownership of, and plan all products through Manufacturing Cells Identify critical items and issues, and resolve them Investigate available capacity vs. likely load Support function for team members in production and purchasing during absences Essential Skills ..... full job details .....
