Production Scheduler

PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: Recognising the RESTRICTED nature of the work suitable candidates will be baseline level (BPSS) clearable or eligible for this level of clearance We are currently looking for a Production Scheduler to be based within the Planning and Logistics team of our client s aerospace and defence site in Flintshire, WalesRole involves a 35-hour standard week but overtime is available both during the week and weekends, and comes with premium uplift for any overtime workedRole Responsibilities: Launch daily routine for production scheduling tasksAttend daily Production monitoring meetingsReport on production progress, report parts availability and give support to adjust daily prioritiesManagement of Work OrderManagement of Components including missing parts and logistic distributionPotential availability, Transfer Protocol and unexpected Missing PartParasitic flow coordination with other departmentsCoordination of outstanding worksManage outstanding Logistic flows, Manage Work Order internal/external transfer of responsibility Key Requirements:This is a role which will require forward planning based on MPS and tactical changes and interactions with Operations and Supply Chain ensuring seamless delivery of product to the shopfloor.
