      <description>Location: Slough | Salary: 35000.00-35000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Scheduler to join a leading aerospace manufacturing organisation undergoing significant investment and operational transformation.Working within a highly regulated manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for developing and executing short-term production schedules, ensuring alignment with customer demand, material availability and operational priorities. This is a key role focused on production flow, schedule adherence, work order management and cross-functional coordination across Operations, Materials, Quality and Supply Chain teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage detailed 1-2 week production schedules aligned to the Master Production Schedule (MPS).Release work orders and ensure material, documentation and resource readiness.Monitor production performance, managing bottlenecks, constraints and recovery plans.Re-prioritise and re-sequence work orders to maintain delivery commitments.Coordinate with Procurement, Stores and Quality to resolve material shortages and WIP issues.Support recovery of past-due orders through expediting and proactive planning.Track schedule adherence and drive continuous imp...</description>
