The main responsibilities are: Be involved in order inputting, liaising with Sales on delivery dates, agree delivery dates prior to Order Input. Interact between Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain functions. Maximise use of the order management system and ensure visibility of all orders. Produce and publish metrics as required. Maximise Shipping Performance and achieve On-time Delivery Goals. Take ownership of, and plan all products through Manufacturing Cells. Identify critical items and issues, and resolve them. Investigate available capacity vs. likely load. Support function for team members in production and purchasing during absences. This role involves travel to client sites. While most work will be carried out from your usual base, you may be required to attend client meetings, site visits, or events as part of your duties.
