Location: New Mills SK22
Salary: £16.87 per hour (rising to £18.28 once fully trained)

Shift Pattern: Continental Shifts

• 12-hour shifts:

  • 06:00 – 18:00 (Days)

  • 18:00 – 06:00 (Nights)

• Rotating pattern including days, nights, and rest days (continental shift schedule)

About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and motivated Process Operator to join our team in New Mills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company offering competitive pay and progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production/process machinery safely and efficiently

• Monitoring equipment and ensuring quality standards are met

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

• Completing production paperwork and records accurately

• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience (preferred but not essential)

• Good attention to detail

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work continental shifts (12-hour days and nights)

• Positive team player attitude
