Production Planning Manager

A key client of ours is seeking an experienced Production Planning Manager to lead a small production planning team and ensure smooth, efficient manufacturing operations.This would suit a candidate who has at least 5 years'' experience in a managerial role leading a team of Production or Material Planners. Please note my client cannot offer sponsorship Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production planning and scheduling to meet customer demand.Manage and coach a team of planners, prioritising workload and resolving issues.Coordinate with operations, procurement, engineering, and sales to maintain flow and efficiency.Optimise inventory, lead times, and planning parameters through data analysis.Support process improvements and new product introductions.
