Production Planning Manager

Portfolio Procurement has been engaged by our leading Staffordshire based client to recruit for a Production Planning Manager. Main Purpose of role:You will be tasked with leading a planning team and playing a major part in shaping the production planning strategy, ensuring that the planning processes is improved. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the Master Production Schedule, ensuring it is aligned with demand forecasts and business objectives.Conduct material planning processes to ensure production schedules are realistic and achievable.Lead the monthly Sales and Operations Planning (SandOP) process.Drive effective use of ERP systems.Provide regular reporting and analysis on planning KPIs, production performance.
