Production Planning and Efficiency

Our client is a highly respected manufacturer of bespoke luxury tenders for the superyacht sector. Renowned for exceptional craftsmanship, engineering excellence and attention to detail, they are now seeking an experienced Production Planning and Efficiency Manager to support an exciting period of growth. This is a Senior level role. This is a unique opportunity for a hands on manufacturing professional who enjoys bringing structure, efficiencies and driving improvements within a complex build environment. Initially offered on a contract basis 3 to 6 months, the role will focus on reviewing current production processes, improving planning and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently without compromising the exceptional quality standards the business is known for.
